Before you write
- Say which app you use (web or iPhone) and what you were doing when it went wrong.
- Never send your password, card number or bank login. We will never ask for them.
- To download or delete your data yourself, go to Settings, Privacy and your data.
Billing questions
Paid on the web? Email us with the address you signed up with and we'll sort it. Paid on iPhone? Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscriptions, or contact Apple for refunds.
Privacy or data requests
To ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email support@wangu.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
